Refund policy
Thank you for considering our Art of Zen Shop! We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return an item. Please read our refund policy below to understand your options.
Returns:
- We accept returns for damaged or defect items within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to exchange it for you.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange.
- If approved, we will ship the replacement item to you within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Some items are not eligible for return, such as digital downloads or customized/personalized products.
- We will make this clear in the product description, so please make sure to read it carefully before purchasing.
Shipping Costs:
- Unless the item is damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Cancellation:
- If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.
- After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel the order before it ships.

Please note refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at sales@myartofzen.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
